Unless you find someone who bought a boat for lake only use and keep it in a marina/personal boat lift, it might be hard to find. You could always check with your local Mastercraft dealer. Not sure what the price would be for a trailer only. The price breakdown for my 2003 X30 was around $4200 new. I'm sure there are probably some non-Mastercraft trailers that would work, but if you are hauling around an Xstar, I would think you want a Mastercraft trailer. I also would have to ask how the trailer was trashed. Is this boat used in salt water and is not a salt water trailer?

Four Winns is a good boat,I personally like Starcraft but in reading the other input from the other viewers Crownline is also a good choice. Is the boat stored -dry dock? Meaning up out of the water-not on a trailer? If so you will be looking at approx 1500 bucks for a trailer because you will need one with brakes and a tandem axle. If this boat comes with a trailer with brakes and the tires and wheel bearings are in good shape then YEA you getting a good deal! TEST DRIVE IT B4 YOU BUY IT!!! IF you have any questions take it to a dealer to be checked out.... Good Luck and safe boating......enjoy!

I find that Dorsey trailers are very high quality trailers. They customize trailers to fit specific ski boats.

Look on Craig's List slash trailers. That is where my dad found his, and only for $600.00. Not kidding, it's the best trailer company money can buy.
